Pauline Caulfield's home is one of my favourites too! There's a great video of Pauline describing the space on Youtube by the Modern House. The printmaking table on wheels which can give her an aerial view of her work from the mezzanine is incredible.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjQCeY6O3_I&t=2s

This is the third time in a short while that the concept of literally slowing down has come up. I’ve been thinking about it in relationship to not only myself but also my kids, and how hurry is the start of anxiety. Obviously it’s much easier to slow myself down, though it’s still not easy, but it’s much harder to not add the rush into my kids life. Great reminder. Also, love the space of the week.

I juxtapose our ages and come up with this...

I move more and more like a turtle, out of necessity, meanwhile my mind is shouting "get it all done - you're running out of time!"

But the turtle concept is excellent for all the 40-somethings. It's hard to do.

And I wonder if I'm your oldest reader? Such is the irony of life.

PS - Have you used the dark spot treatment?
