As real-time feedback became available on Instagram Stories, bringing readers along for the design process seemed like the right thing to do. I thought it would be interesting to share insights into how design decisions were made and ask for input on various choices along the way. After all, people who follow me online are invested in the payoff, right? I myself had watched my peers do this in a brilliant way; as someone who followed their projects, I was hooked and invested in how their rooms were coming together.
