I am with you on the acceptance piece. It’s something I’m working with really tactile guidance from my therapist. For example, attributing tension in the body to stress. Before I intellectualize WHY I’m tense, I have to acknowledge it. Gently placing hands on shoulders and saying “wow, my shoulders are really tight” and doing nothing yet. The acknowledgment comes, then I can shift, stretch, release. It sounds simple, but it’s helped me pay attention to those parts that I’d often rather resist. Anyway, always admire your musings and certainly feel more seen in my own 🙏🏼
